CashFlow Tracker is a WhatsApp-powered financial analytics and business cash flow management platform built specifically for Kenyan SMEs and informal businesses.
The platform allows users to forward M-PESA transaction messages directly to a WhatsApp bot, where the system automatically parses transaction data, categorizes income and expenses, tracks balances, generates reports, and provides real-time business insights.
The project was designed to solve one of the biggest challenges facing small businesses in Kenya: poor financial visibility caused by manual bookkeeping and fragmented transaction tracking.
The platform combines financial analytics, automation, WhatsApp integration, M-PESA payment processing, subscription billing, reporting systems, and cloud infrastructure into a scalable SaaS platform tailored for African SMEs.
